Shade #writephoto

Shade
Invites
Growing peace
In green silence
Light falls like water
Fleeting visions conjured
Quenching the thirst of the heart
Rest and surcease for the weary
A grove of living columns welcomes
The separation of body and soul
Dappled shadows whisper quiet prayers
Echoing the permanence of stone
Songs joyfully ephemeral
Join the never-ending dance
Cycling through its seasons
No more than echoes
Life and death meet
Memories
Ghostly
Shades

About Sue Vincent

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue  passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.

A little piece of genius, Sue. I love the way you bracket the verse with the same word, and such lovely, co-ordinating pictures. Amazing. 🙂
