Stone-eater #midnighthaiku

Snow falls, catching us unprepared as we once more search for the lost standing stone. Water freezes in every hollow. Bare branches offer no shelter. Roots stretch out hoary fingers, seeking nourishment, finding only stone.

Growth devours the past

Perfect assimilation

Life and death are one

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map.
