  4. We have groups of men like this who fought in WW II and are still flying. I got some pictures of them last June. I think they still live to fly and it’s wonderful to see them in action.

  6. Astonishing – like others, I hope I look that good at 96, if I even make it that far! He must feel so proud – as we must be so proud of him and his colleagues. And you’re right, the sound of the engines is very evocative – particularly the Merlin.
