“Damn man, this place is huge. By the look of that freaking map they give out at the front gate, I never had a clue it was this enormous.” Lou exclaimed, his breath long-winded.
“Listen, Lou, don’t let management hear you bitchin’, they’ll just add more work to your load,” Jack stated a matter of factly. “Let’s just finish up here and we’ll take a break at The Zen Garden to the north of the park, okay?”
Lou was panting as he grabbed for his bottle of water, shaking his head in agreement.
The two landscapers made their way around the botanical gardens, blowing leaves, trimming bushes, clearing paths, and bagging the leaves and broken twigs that remained on the grounds. It took them nearly and an hour and a half before they made their way to the Zen Garden.
