Sands of Time

Like soft smooth sand from closed fingers

your life slips away,

leaving back nothing but few grains of memories

to be cherished in times of sorrow and gay.

You are the King of the present moment

give it your best,

life is full of uncertainty, for who knows

tomorrow you will forever rest.

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map.
