It’s often a personal challenge of mine to write short, simple, descriptive scenes. Honestly, one of these days, I need to take the time to just write.  However, it’s hard to overcome the negative voices (from childhood) telling me it’s a waste of time.  Writing and playing with words brings me joy (and these prompts give me a reason).  So, here I am again.  I am doing this ala “Five Minute Friday” writing style — quick and dirty — minimizing my time.  Enjoy.

As I wander along the path, my soul longed to be beside a sea of blue with foams of white. A strong hot gusting breeze reminds me of the strong winds at the shore.
