We have a workshop in Inveriurie mid-September. I am hoping for fair weather, but I’ll be glad to be there regardless.

Well September is normally ok, so you should be alright, but as you say it will just be nice, to be there. Even though we had tons of rain in May, it was lovely to be there 🙂
