I saw one just like this the other day and stopped to watch it flutter;
it is a Spring Azure; Celastrina ladon
🦋 (I couldn’t find a blue butterfly icon)

In the pamphlet I have The Spring Azure has blue spots… Yours could be an Adonis or Holly blue. But they do look similar.
