The house of despair ~ Sadje #writephoto

It looked bleak and desolate, so old that the beams holding up the structure were bent under its weight. But more than it’s looks, the aura it gave was of despair. The onlooker could not put their finger at the reason but they all agreed that it was an unhappy place.

And it was. Had been for long. The cause that the place now presented this sorrowful air was the brutal and unjust treatment given to the young bride who had come to live here in happy expectations.
