Notes from a small dog: Ani’s Advent Calendar… an invitation

Okay, I know it’s early

But the season’s drawing nigh.

I want an advent calendar,

So thought that I might try

And ask my two- and four-legged friends

To join me on the blog

So why not share your festive tale

And write for this small dog?

If you would like to help Ani make her advent calendar this year,  send her your letters to Santa, festive memories, short stories, flash fiction or poems to the Small Dog. She will post them every day through December until Christmas.

She would especially like to hear from her four-legged or feathered friends (she has a special place very close to her heart for turkeys)… but she says that two-legs are better than none, so she will accept submissions from humans too.

To get in touch, please use the form on the contact page or email Ani at findme@scvincent.com

Ani, Garfield here. I’ve only known one Christmas, and last year I was probably too young to really get into it. But I’m sure my two-legged has some tales of Elijah Moon, the cat who lived here before me. I’ve heard a lot about him and I think he was quite a character.

I remember Elijah Moon… I hope your two-legs will tell you about him and maybe you could share something with us too. I am told many cats like salmon and stuff at Christmas… 😉
