It was one of those fancy tent vacations. But for Ducky, a man hardened by the field of battle in too many broken places, it was much too luxurious. The wall to the left of the four poster bed he worked so hard to bring down last night held two very expensive ebony drawers filled with their clothes for the month’s stay. There was also a coat stand in the corner. Above the dressers was a photo of the very hilltop they were staying on. In front of him was opening to the tent framed by two teak writing desks. One for each of them. To his right was the good stuff. A teak humidor and a well-appointed wet bar. Behind him was a patio that overlooked the mountains with their majesty and unfortunately a helicopter that had just woken him up.
