The beautiful little lotus floats in the waters of the Endless Sea. For this is no earthly plane but that of the realms beyond human consciousness. Multiverse upon multiverse fade in and out of view. Time is but only one stream issuing from the source of all things. A nine-pointed star watches over all and listens to the billions of voices ebbing and flowing around them, often plaintive, always hopeful. Angelic herald and bestower of mercy are they, planetary regent of Luna herself. Out of geometry and order do they take on human form, being ageless and of infinite wisdom.

Pearls of light drop from his hands, exploding into a myriad of rays bathing the Universe in their glow. The Soul slumbering within the lotus wakens.
