Moral rectitude
Denying all temptation
Straight and narrow path
The rule of law proscribing
Tangential adventures

Beyond the shadows
Possibilities beckon
Freethinkers follow
Leaving well-trodden pathways
In search of wider vision

Necessary bounds
Assurance of harmony
Laws of Creation
Containing and confining
Sphere of eternal wonder

The photo for this week’s prompt was taken on a visit to London earlier this year. We spent some time with the Sumerian and Egyptian antiquities in the British Museum, then walked to the Temple Church, built by the Knights Templar. The church stands at the heart of the legal district, within an area known as the Inner Temple… these pillars form a shady colonnade overlooking the ancient building.

Thank you so much to everyone who took part this week. There were just too many to reblog all of them the posts this week, but they are all listed below, so please click on the links to read them and leave a comment for the author! Thank you too, to everyone who reblogged the prompt, round up and the individual resposes!
Pingbacks do not always come through… if you have written a post for this challenge and it does not appear in the round-up, please leave a link to your post in the comments and I will add it to the list.
A new prompt will be published later today. I will reblog as many contributions as space and time allows, as they come in… and all of them will be featured in the round-up on Thursday.
Come and join in!

It happens every so often… then WP turns off the notifications automatically too… and I am left wondering what happened to everyone. Until I notice how much spam I have and have to go through the lot, one by one. 😦
