There is something magical about looking at reflections in a body of water. Our last house was on a lake and I often sat for long periods just gazing at the reflections of the trees and other houses around the lake. It’s so soothing. Lovely poem, Sue. Hugs. 💗

Thanks, Michelle. I love watching the reflections too… though I’ve never had the chance to live by water. ❤

That’s probably the thing I miss the most about our last house. We had all kinds of water life to watch, plus the reflections. It was so relaxing. Here I have much less housework and George doesn’t have any lawncare or snow shoveling, and living amongst others in our age bracket (old) has a lot of advantages.

I could do without lawn-care today…but I would hate to lose the green space around here.
