Would you see Eden in a withered bough?
Sunlight in shadows, or flowers bloom in frost?
Beauty in sorrow, or gifts in the dark?
Ask the Earth and the song of wild water
To whisper their secrets.
Follow the moon-path to the horizon
And look within.

This is a lovely way to look at eternal life and what it means. Also, I think it is a good point to begin studying this philosophy, spirituality and all the things connected with it since life does so much revolve around birth and death. As I am reading this and what I remember in Gilgamesh, the way we see life and eternal life is subjective to each of us and the way we choose to see life and death and eternal life. I guess in the end result, there is really no wrong way to see it at this point, for the reality is that none of us know except for what we witness, and we already know that our ability to witness every single thing accurately is not always fail-safe. .

It is always subjective, Anne, seen and remembered through the the lens of our own experience and belief…
