The photograph for this week’s prompt was taken one night when I woke to that particular silence and untimely light that tells you it is snowing. Throwing on coat and boots, I couldn’t resist going out to play as the first pale light touched the sky. There are moments of pure magic when the world reminds you that childhood is not just about age, but is a state of the heart.
Lights
Lights that speak of Home
Behind me or before me
But always within
There were some beautiful contributions this week. Some posts have been reblogged, but please click on the links below to visit all the posts and leave a comment for the author! A new prompt will be published later today…come and join in!
The vagaries of WordPress mean that occasionally a pingback won’t get through. If you have written a piece for this week’s challenge and it does not appear below, please leave a link in the comments and I will add it to the list.
My thanks to this weeks contributors:
Kim at Writing in North Norfolk
Cynthia. M. Morgan at booknvolume
Bernadette from Haddon Musings
Ritu Bhathal at But I Smile Anyway
Jan from Strange Goings On in the Shed
Nato at Chasing Life and Finding Dreams
Sri Sudha K at Naa Prapancham, My World
A wonderfully HUGE list of great entries Sue!

Thank you… I’ve just checked, no pingback came through, I’m afraid. I’ll add your poem to the round-up!

WordPress seems to be doing a lot of unusual things just now… I’ve checked to make sure Askimet didn’t send your comment to spam. That seems to be happening a lot too…so I check every day.
