Welcome to Sue Vincent’s Photo Prompt.

For visually challenged writers, the image shows a silhouetted castle in the half-light, set in a lake surrounded by hills.

The Castle was their guide, their mentor to a new tomorrow.
The inhabitants knew the stories, but none had seen any of the magical beings of days long gone.
There were no trees to explain the whisperings on the breeze, but as night fell, the songs of the lost spirits rose to the stars.
