“You can’t see the forest for the trees,” Mike told Cindy as they stood in the aisles looking at different paints. They had been there for a long time and she still hadn’t picked anything. He was growing impatient.

She looked at him blankly. “What do you mean?”

“We’re supposed begin painting the house today but we’re still here in Home Hardware looking at colors for the living-room.”

“I just want to make sure that we will both be happy with the color we choose.”

“Cindy, I’ll be happy when we’re actually painting.”
