TALKS
Structured talks. Lots of graphics. No death by PowerPoint and as interactive as we can make it. Lovely music when it’s appropriate.

EXPLORATIONS
Explorations are discussions prompted by questions in the time-honoured style. Deep topics, relevant to all, to get us thinking and sharing.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS
The Silent Eye has a great reputation for the creation of innovative and deep guided meditations. Each talk will contain at least one of these.

EXERCISES
Exercises are included to focus your abilities. These are also good things to take away and try at home.

…AND A LITTLE BIT OF RITUAL AND DRAMA
Steve and Sue have a long and professional background in ritual, as you would expect from people trained in this aspect by Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki, the Director of Studies of SOL, the Servants of the Light School of Esoteric Science.
