The photo for this week’s prompt was taken at the wedding of a couple of Foxes, when we were privileged to be invited to witness the dance. I loved the way the light scattered across the old ceiling and stairwell.
There were no reblogs this week as I am away and have been without internet for much of the time, but as always, there were wonderful poems and stories and I would like to thank everyone who took part. Please click on the links below to visit all the posts and leave a comment for the author! A new prompt will be published later today and I will reblog as many as I can through the week as they come in and all contributions will be featured in the round-up on Thursday.
Come and join in!

Thank you for the prompt, Sue. I liked the spectres on the edge of sight in your poem. The light in that photo made me wonder just what I was looking at.

You certainly pack a lot into a few words with your short poems, Sue. I love this one. And “uneasy twilight” is just brilliant; just those two words capture an image and mood that would take others pages to convey.
