About Sue Vincent
Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.
Around this time of year the local squirrels are busy hiding their harvest in the long-ish grass of our front lawn (we never cut it too short) and the garden beds around the trees. After they scoot off to find more bounty, along come a family of Stellar Jays who just as industriously uncover the nuts and bury them somewhere else. And although I know it’s a matter of survival, I get the feeling that the Jays are just a little bit too gleeful as they conduct their raiding parties! 😀

We seldom see jays around here… but there are other raiders ust as ready to hijack a hoard 🙂

I don’t know about sage circumspection. I can roll with “harvesting nature” and “saving for a rainy day,” but sage? Circumspection? Not very squirrelly.
