As many of you know, the Silent Eye School of Consciousness launches in Derbyshire, at our first residential weekend workshop on 19th-21st April. I have written a fair bit about it already, so I will simply say we still have a few places available if you would care to come and join the beauty and the laughter at the birth of our School. The brochure is available from the main page of the website and there is no requirement to be part of the School. All are welcome.
Regular readers will have picked up on many of the things we will set out in the School’s teaching. Put simply, we seek to share a streamlined and modern approach to the ancient ways taught in Mystery schools over the centuries. We will share a method, found to be effective over the centuries and personally, through the application of its principles to our own lives over the years. We will share this in a vivid and appealing manner that speaks to heart and mind. And we will do so with love and our passion for what we do.
We seek to share a way to live life in colour, and bring the levels of self to awareness. We cannot guarantee results… as with any other form of learning, it is what the student brings to the table that makes the difference. No-one can wave a magic wand over the problems of a single life and make them go away. What we can do is share a way in which these very problems become the fuel for growth into joy and awareness, and into being. Every journey is unique and personal and will be treated as such.
There is a brochure outlining our approach also available on the website. What it does not tell is precisely how the course will be run on a practical level.
The School will be run as a non-profit organisation. We wish to make it as accessible as possible to anyone who seeks to join us.
At a purely practical level, the School will operate on a correspondence based model which has a proven track record across many esoteric schools. This makes it accessible worldwide and requires no formal attendance at a geographical location. It also keeps running costs to a minimum. As far as possible we want to remain paper free in the interests of ecology.
The full course runs over three years, with each monthly lesson sent electronically at a cost of £15 per lesson. There is a certain amount of flexibility in the work to take into account individual circumstances, but regular, daily practice is required.
The student will follow the work in their daily life over the course of the month, submitting a diary to their assigned companion on the journey, someone who has walked this same path before them and knows how it feels and what they may encounter. Once the month is completed they will move on to the next stage, seeing as they do so the benefits of the work coming through into their daily life.
We would like to set up circles where support can also be gained in discussion with other students online, and of course the forum too is available via the website.
We will run regular workshops, open to non –students and students alike. Some will be residential, others will be shorter, one day events. Wherever a geographical grouping of students permits, Lodges may be established, groups where students can choose to attend if they wish and experience the beauty and augmented force of working together. These groups generally meet monthly.
The sacred drama will continue to unfold throughout the course as the student is introduced to archetypal characters and sees how they take their place in his or her own life and how this sacredness extends into the very land upon which we walk. We all share a common quest for richness of life and a common thread binds us. You are welcome to walk with us a while.
Throughout the course support will be continually available as we seek to remove the isolation the student can feel in many Schools, online or otherwise, when the work is centred largely around the self.
To express an interest, please contact me directly or through the website. If you register with the website you will be sent details of the course when we launch.

Sounds great! A bit too far for me to travel at this time. 🙂
