Springtime at Balmoral brought many things but the snow was unexpected. As the glistening shards of cold glistened the hills Ono sat in the turrets alone desperately trying to reach her husband. It was common for Eowyn to leave her to be alone. But this time he was nowhere to be found. She was getting scared and for a former spec ops operator to conjure fear was uncommon. She tried his phone again finally getting a ring.
“Hey, Ono whats up babe?”
Ono tried to control her anger. She knew he had been under stress for some time from overseeing what was becoming an unwinnable drug war. Every day he seemed to grow more and more tired. Every hour he seemed more and more distant. So she controlled her response.
