About Sue Vincent
Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.

Familiarity is always comfortable. Oddly this photo is actually in colour… but it is such a grey day you just can’t see any 😉

Yes very like my childhood memories, love the Haiku too. Though it is meloncollic there is hope for light and colour. 💜

I always prefer the light and colour myself, though there is a beauty in the half-light too 🙂

Yes indeed there is time for reflection. If can’t sleep I sit and look outside… It’s amazing what you see. 💜

I love this pic, a typical grey old day. The fact that they were on the TV aerial made me think of the old black and white tellies as well 🙂

Well done, Sue. However, your photo and haiku remind me of what’s to come. Winter is such a monochrome state and on many winter days, my mood is as well.

I rather like the grey days… though they can get a bit bland after a while. There is something about damp roads and reflecting headlights at dusk that always feels like Christmas.
