HI SUE,
BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for posting. I love watching all the birds who flock to my bird feeders in the mornings. I often wonder where they ‘live’ and how they know I will be filling their feeders and water on time.
I was just pronounced ‘fully recovered’ by my Surgeon, and I have over 4,000 emails to read/respond, so I will read and respond as time allows. I have not deleted any, and I LOVE your posts.
Thank you,
Mike Phelps

Now that IS good news, Michael! ( The sugreon’s words, not the inboxes 🙂 )
These little guys used to live in the ivy that covered next door’s walls. They had to move out when the ivy was stripped back… and moved into my honeysuckle. A whole, delightful colony of them 🙂

Funny. Birds are always looking for places to build nests. The lid on my parents mailbox was accidentally left down once, and I found sticks in there. 😀

…yet if you put up a proper nestbox, there are no takers 🙂
