Notes from a small dog XXVIII

There’s not a lot I can say, really. Not when she has that dratted camera to hand.. photographic evidence, I believe she calls it.. grrr… So I suppose I’m in the dog house again…  which, when you consider it is her house I live in… just sayin’… 😛

A girl’s got to be comfy though… and it’s not as if she ever comes and sits on the sofa anyway. Tappety-ruddy-tap on the keyboard thingy all the time she’s in. Good job she has me to keep her fit, you know. She’d seize up otherwise.

But the camera’s got to go. Would she like it if I crept up on her when she’s half asleep and pointed the thing at her? No, I think not. She’s even pointed it at me in the bath! I mean….! A little privacy, please! So I don’t suppose it is a surprise that she caught me with the pointy finger of shame….

collageThose words… ‘What have you done…?’ Get me every time… she knows just how to push my buttons… I’m a bad dog…. *sniffs*

She doesn’t stay cross for long though.. sometimes I’m not sure she’s really cross at all. I think she just thinks she ought to be.. and pretends…. but I always get cuddles anyway…. and I can forgive her pretty easy when she plays with my ears….

Somebody ought to tell her about mixed messages here…I think she’s supposed to be all firm and stuff… but she’s not, you know… she chuckles….and I can generally manage to say sorry by letting her play ball with me.

… even if she was a bit upset when she absently held out her hand for the ball and I gave her the half chewed spider…. it was still wriggling too…. 🙂

Right… dinner time folks… better remind her…

Much love,

Ani xxx

  5. Ani: your tennis balls look like Godiva’s favorites! Tell your mum that she can buy a bucket of practice balls—they’re just as tasty. Or if you’re close to a public tennis court, check the bushes around it during your walk. Godiva and George have found a bunch that way.
