Note: I came across this #writephoto challenge several weeks ago and liked the concept. We’re to “use the image and title provided as inspiration to create a post… poetry, prose, humor… light or dark, whatever we choose… There is no word limit and no style requirements, except to keep it fairly family-friendly and not passionately political”.

I wrote this in a hurry this morning feeling the need to express myself before I must head to the weirdest doctor appointment due to this pandemic time. 

My thoughts fly towards Thee
This is my plea
I long to be free
