A lifetime of love

Sadness of separation

Soulmates reunite

Not very long ago, poetess Hélène Vaillant of Willow Poetry said a final goodbye to her beloved husband. A few days ago, Hélène herself passed away peacefully.

My thoughts are with her family and all who loved her.

Her poetry was as beautiful as her smile and as full of love. Her own words say it best…

golden angel dust

elevating enchantment

peacefully setting

About Sue Vincent

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue  passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.

    I jus learned of this last evening… Helene was such a lovely woman and I will miss her. God Bless her family and friends.

    A lovely Tribute Sue 💜 She will be sorely missed by all those she touched along her journey.I too was shocked yesterday when I saw Fandango’s post. Shocked, but not entirely surprised. She was gracious enough to prepare us for her passing in her last few prompts and commentary. She left us with a beautiful smile and words of wisdom in her poetry .I truly miss her but am comforted by her legacy of love.

    A great tribute, Sue. I was aware of her husband’s passing and was so sad to hear she didn’t want to have treatment for her cancer. She now ceased all the suffering and joined her husband, a beautiful reunion. ❤

    Oh my! I am lost for words, and so shocked. I had missed Helene posting,although I knew she had said she had to give immediate attention to her health. I was worried and wondered what had happened, so came looking today. Found her blog deleted, and feared the worst. Now I know. Thankyou for this tribute Sue. I have no words. Just a deep deep sadness. Helene and I talked about our cancer, and the treattment. We both had the same experience. We talked a lot. You are so right to question treatments. As you may know, prior to my cancer I was a hill walker, cycler, swimmer and much more. Now, I am blind, wheelchair bound with no feeling in hands and feet, but alive. I totally understand Helene’s decision to refuse treatment. I would decide the same again. I did not know about the passing of Helene’s husband though. Just so terribly terribly sad. Her poetry was beautiful. I will remember her always. Sadly, I missed Fandango’s announcement, but so glad I found this Sue. Thankyou. May our dear Helen rest in peace, along with her husband, and may her family be comforted. I will always remember you Helene. Bthankyou for your life and your words.

    I knew her only a little, though her words and her encouragement of others like myself, but I will miss her presence. I feel in a similar way she must have touched many lives. My thoughts are with those who loved and knew her best.
