This week’s photo prompt:
Today’s prompt is a photo taken on our recent travels… I’ll tell you about it when I begin to catch up. Being Thursday, a Norman door seemed appropriate.
Use the image to create a post on your own blog… poetry, prose, humour… by Wednesday 29th June and link back to this post with a pingback. Please make sure that the pingback works and if not, copy and paste your link into the comments section of this post.
Don’t forget to use the #writephoto hashtag in your title so your posts can be found on Twitter.
You can find all last week’s entries in the round-up. Please visit and read the stories and poems and explore the sites of their writers.
The first few posts will feature on the blog during the week and all posts will be included in a round up on Thursday 30th June.
Feel free to use #writephoto logo or include the prompt photo in your post if you wish or you can replace it with one of your own to illustrate your work.
Have fun!

Don’t think I pinged — happens a lot.
Amazing door — the intricate carving, metal work. Just stunning. Thanks for sharing.

It is one of the best examples I’ve ever seen on a small church.

Thought I’d join in the fun this week …\
As soon as I finished giving you condolences for your absent internet, mine went down … taking the telephone with it. It miraculously returned a few minutes ago. Reminding me how very dependent I am on technology, like it or not.

It is surprising how quickly our lives have become entwined with that technology, isn’t it? Oh for the days of the horse and cart 😉
