About Sue Vincent
Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. A lovely image and a thought provoking haiku to accompany it. Do you ever sleep in after sunrise Sue?

Wonderful image! I’ve always loved the idea of the Summerlands, and I can well imagine it being somewhere among the cloudscapes of sunrise.

When you watch the light grow from the horizon, it is very easy to see the lands in the clouds.

I remember doing that as a very young child – my bedroom had an excellent view of the sunrise. Not such a good view now, too many trees in the way. Of course, one solution would be to get up and go for a walk at sunrise. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is very weak at that time of the morning!
