I know, I don’t accept blog awards… but when they are given, I find it very hard to say no. So instead, I will just say thank you to Ritu of So I Smile Anyway for having included me in the Creative Blogger Award.

Five random facts:
1. I started work at 12 after school in a butcher’s shop where my mother’s finger ended up in a pork pie. (The shop was closed soon afterwards…)
2. My dog sometimes lets me sit on the sofa.
3. I don’t have a favourite colour… though I love Indian Yellow paint for how it is made… with the earth upon which a mango-leaf fed camel has urinated… I no longer lick paint brushes…
4. My biggest painting was a mural 70ft long.
5. I stopped trusting knicker-elastic during a can-can…

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map.     Congratulations on the lovely award, Sue. As to the pork pies, we have chicken pot pies in the U.S. I don’t know how similar they are in shape though. 🙂
