Thank you! We are, but as usual overestimating what we can fit in in the food and sightseeing areas 😛

Great haiku Sue. Thanks also for sharing another sunrise, almost tempting me out of bed but not in winter.

Thanks, Denis… I can always be tempted to see a sunrise… Winter is the best time for it as I get to stay in bed a little longer before the sun comes up!

I water plants/flowers in the a.m. this time of year…it’s special to be outside early in the day and notice this stuff. ❤️ It used to be about morning dog-walking, but I lost my buddy a few years back.

I’m sorry you lost your companion. I still get to walk Ani, but I have always loved those early hours.

We’ve had 3 dogs over the years, each one living into their teens. I just don’t know if I can take on the heartbreak of losing another. I have always been a morning person, myself.

I never thought I would get another dog, then fate… and Nick… took a hand and I have an Ani.

What I miss while I am sleeping! I simply cannot get up earlier than 7 – I think it’s a response to so many years of 5 AM getting up to get ready for the day and get breakfasts and lunches ready for the kids, locate homework, you get the idea!

I do… daily… that seven day a week reluctant rising. One day perhaps… right now I still do the 5am thing every day….
