About Sue Vincent
Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.

I love Heather. I took Pat to see the Heather fields between Scarborough and Robin Hood’s Bay towards the end of September last year. 🙂

I was up that way a couple of years ago… and, snow permitting, may be next week. I love that county… it is Home after all.

Lovely and lovely heather. We are trying to cultivate it at our lake house.

I love all kinds of heather, but the ling has a special place, the wild heather of home. Calluna vulgaris. Sadly we have lost over 80% of the lowland heath over the last 200 years. But the hills…. 🙂
