Life Lines Poetry Collection by Sue Vincent

Thank you, Pamela!

Sue Vincent has compiled a collection of mostly free verse poetry. There are just over 50 poems. I believe that poetry should be read slowly, and often repeatedly. I really liked Dance in particular. The imagery was lovely “A web of life so intricate and fine, A spider silk of spirit, With tensile strength to carry any grief And share all joy.”

This is a book I will pick up from time to time and read the poems over and over again.

Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map.
