I actually had a relative who didn’t want to host dinners… and made sure the home she bought didn’t have the space!
I enjoy the birds at my feeders 😀

I host (or had anyway) twice a year… our dining area goes into our living area so the dining table is extended with one or two additional tables! I think that particular relative might not have gotten along well with the in-laws. Another relative I had just wanted to escape ‘family’ and moved out of state.
Friends you get to choose. So yes – You (and yours) would always be welcome!! 😀

I miss being able to have friends drop in unexpectedly. Being a Yorkshirewoman, feeding people at the drop of a hat is a cultural thing 🙂
