Philosophy… #midnighthaiku

Wisdom or folly

Feeding those who pick our bones

Offering ourselves

When you visit the table

You seek no more than a meal

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. I think about this quite a bit these days. It’s also why I have been mostly vegetarian all my life. Well done. ❤️

I actually had a relative who didn’t want to host dinners… and made sure the home she bought didn’t have the space!
I enjoy the birds at my feeders 😀

I host (or had anyway) twice a year… our dining area goes into our living area so the dining table is extended with one or two additional tables! I think that particular relative might not have gotten along well with the in-laws. Another relative I had just wanted to escape ‘family’ and moved out of state.

Friends you get to choose. So yes – You (and yours) would always be welcome!! 😀
