I know… I’ve posted this one before, but it was perfect for Hugh’s photo challenge. This grave warning tickled me when we came across it in a medieval churchyard in Milton Keynes a while ago… I think it may count as overkill as we are probably all happy to comply with this ‘Keep Out’ sign, though I did have to wonder about what danger it warned of…!

About Sue Vincent
Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.
So do they mean keep out of the shrubbery? Or don’t climb into the grave? Inquiring minds can only wonder 🙂

It isn’t as if the contents of the tomb would leave much to the imagination 🙂

I think climbing into tombs is a no no, sign or not!

You would think so… not usually a voluntary action!

I wonder if whoever put that sign there had a sense of humour, Sue?
Thanks for participating in this week’s photo challenge.

Believe me, I have no intention of crawling through bushes to get into a tomb!

There was a great bunch of funny signs for this challenge, Sue. Have had me laughing for the last 10 days. I do sometimes wonder if the person who wrote the sign really was having a laugh when they put the sign up.
