To be in those bluebell woods when they are in full bloom is just amazing.

I can’t imagine. It’s one of those places I think I’d be afraid to enter because I would never want to leave. Is this completely out in the middle of nowhere, or is it surprisingly near an urban area?

There are bluebell woods all over Britain… this one is quite rural.. which means a couple of miles out of town and about 30 miles from central London 🙂

JEALOUS. I’m 30 miles from central Madison (WI) and I don’t have anything like that. Farmland’s fine, but it’s just not the same as an old wood.

English farmland… and most of this little island is, after all, can be beautiful. But I agree… the old oods and the wild places….

Wisconsin has trouble keeping some of these places beautiful. One of my favorite national parks is surrounded by one of the most touristy places in the state–the Dells.
