#bloggersbash Envy

Mayhem continues here..a small matter of a large aquarium where the computer needs to be, an aquarium that appears to have taken up temporary but indefinite residence, amongst other things. . including exhaustion.
So I will not be heading down to London today as I had hoped to try and catch the people I want to meet at the Bloggers Bash, sadly.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day…I am really sorry not to be there this year.
I’d also like to say good luck to everyone who was nominated for the Bloggers Bash awards…and thank you again to those who nominated this blog. The nomination was honour enough.  And a huge thank you to Sacha, Hugh, Ali and Geoffle for all the work they have put in…wish I could be there.
Have a fabulous day!😃

You will be SO missed! Good luck with the recalcitrant acquarium. (How waterproof is your computer?)

Sue, you and I can share a virtual cuppa while those other bloggers bash each other over the head after a few too many drinks. I share every bit of your bash envy and wonder whether this could be a new condition which could be added to our blogging lexicon.
BTW, I thought you might appreciate that my husband and I bought two boxes of books at our local Rotary book sale. I found some beauties, including many poetry books. They were probably pleased I took those.
Hope you get your fish tank sorted. Ours sprung a leak and we’re needing to turf it. It was quite big but rather neglected with two tiny fish which are getting re-homed in our new much smaller, manageable tank.
    Take care.
    xx Rowena

Sounds like a meeting with other bloggers is just the thing to perk you up, but traveling there and not resolving the problem of the aquarium would probably offset the benefits. Take care of yourself, Sue. How’s Ani doing?

  7. I had one of those aquariums for years until finally, the last fish passed on and the huge aquarium went away. Yet once upon a time, it was beautiful. Times change. Fish pass away. And we need the room for a computer 🙂 All will be well.

  8. I have a little bash envy too, Sue. Trying to figure out how to justify a humongous trip sometime in my future 🙂

Aww too bad you don’t get to go. If it provides any satisfaction, I don’t get to go either, but it is fun to read about everyone meeting up!

It seems from the photographs I saw on Facebook that a good time was had by all.

We missed you, Sue! Although, I did get to meet Steve and have a nice chat, so that was lovely. It was a great day out, definitely. Hope the move has gone reasonably well (other than rogue aquariums), and that you’re starting to feel more settled in. 🙂

Hope you’re settling into the new home.
