Isolated.

‘This is perfect! How did you find it?’
‘I found an old map in the archives and started digging. Our Lord can take up residence in that deserted building’.
‘Nobody will think to look here, it’s so quiet and isolated. The element of surprise will be ours.  You clever thing. Lord Rulah will be thrilled.’

There was a great deal of activity in the Lord’s Chamber as his minions started gathering all that was necessary for their relocation. Excited chattering was stilled by the raising of his hand, so they continued in animated silence.
