My son is busy playing fetch with Ani. He has little choice. He is staying over tonight, which is rather nice, and we are going out for dinner. Ani, however thinks all her birthdays have come at once and has been utterly unable to stay still since her arrived. I’m not sure which one will tire first.
I have spent the day on last minute preparations grinning, all the while, like the proverbial Cheshire Cat, between the odd tear and making mental notes about waterproof mascara and tissues.
Watching Nick in my home, seeing the things he can now do that he could not just a short while ago shows how much his confidence has soared over the past few months. He is a constant source of inspiration. A little Faith has made all the difference… and tomorrow morning my son and his Faith will be married.
And I wish them a world full of love and a lifetime to share it in joy.
