A letter of complaint… from the Small Dog.

Dear Santa, I feel that I have to complain…

‘Cause my rotten two-legs has done it again!

I rose to her challenge, my friends gathered near,

So I’d not spend Christmas dressed up like a deer.

So did I get antlers? Well, honestly, no…

That mean, sneaky two-legs came up with a bow!

And granted, it’s Christmassy, all red and white,

But really, dear Santa, does that make it right?

She left me, I fear, with but one thing to do…

I took the thing off… and I had a good chew.

    Well, a bow is a little better than antlers. Not by a lot, but… I’d rather a bow to antlers for sure. At least we saved you from the antlers this year. Lots of licks, Lilie

    You do look cute in the bow. Better than antlers. If it makes you feel any better, I had to wear a bow to the beach today. I guess all the dogs had to be dressed up for Christmas. Licks, Dot.

    Ani, I am shocked, I had to wear the antlers….I always do, I just pretend I don’t notice! But that bow well as charming as you look it does befit a busy guard dog as yourself! We need to come up with some sort of revenge on our two legs… Nothing too harsh but a reminder that it is us really who are incharge! Love and sympathy Ruby.💜💜

    These humans can be downright sneaky sometimes! I had to wear a Santa hat this year. Really, I’m getting too old for this sort of thing; Christmas is for kids.
