The photos for this week’s prompt were a magpie feather and a funerary sculpture from the St Peter’s church at Edensor, a tiny village within the grounds of Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. The Cavendish memorial commemorates William, 1st earl of Devonshire and his brother, Henry, who were sons of Sir William Cavendish and Bess of Hardwick who was responsible for the creation of Chatsworth.
