Faith or Reason?
…The same question echoes down the ages.
It has a written record at least as old as Socrates.
The arch-dialectician claimed reason as his mentor
and spent his life poking fun at the Athenian Aristocracy,
who, like most noblemen, followed their instincts,
and were thus incapabale of adequately rationalising many of their actions.
