Photo prompt round up – Flight #writephoto

The photo for this week’s prompt was taken during an urban dawn when the sun rose late behind a false horizon of chimneypots.

If you have written a piece for this week’s challenge and it does not appear below, please leave a link in the comments and I will add it to the list. Pingbacks do not always get through.

I have reblogged as many contributions as I can during the week. As always there were some superb pieces and I would like to thank  everyone who took part.

Please click on the links below to visit all the posts and leave a comment for the author!

A new prompt will be published later today and all contributions will be featured in the round-up on Thursday.

Come and join in!

Flight

There is no merit
Escaping reality
Simply taking flight
Destiny is evaded
Only by changing its face

There is a freedom
The spirit soars beyond fear
And the soul takes flight
Human perspective is blurred
When seen from infinity

About Sue Vincent

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue  passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.
