It stared at me, poised. It would be an unequal fight…like David and Goliath. I had no desire to kill…but would it attack?

Which is the greater cowardice … to choose not to act in self defence or to resort to violence. With seeming unconcern, the spider crawled back beneath the keyboard.

  1. LOL Sue. I was once evicted from my house by one. It was huge and I sat on the doorstep waiting for Hubby to come home as dog of the time just sat there and watched it. Hubby was late and it was a neighbour who became my saviour, but even he had to come out and get a bigger broom and pan!

  4. Oh, Sue, this is funny. You and my husband – both scared of spiders. I had a pet one called Miranda when I was a girl.
