The photo for this week’s prompt was taken in Worcester, watching the river one night after a long drive on our way north to one of the workshop weekends in Ilkley. It was a trip full of adventures, where we had first gone a long way south to Avebury before turning the car towards our final destination. The lights on the water lit the swan’s wake with a trail of flame.
We had some seriously good stuff this week. Thank you to everyone who took part. Please click on the links below to visit all the posts and leave a comment for the author! A new prompt will be published later today and I will reblog as many as I can as the entries come in… but given the volume of entries we are getting now, that may not be all of them. All contributions will be featured in the round-up on Thursday
The vagaries of WordPress mean that occasionally a pingback won’t get through. If you have written a piece for this week’s challenge and it does not appear below, please leave a link in the comments and I will add it to the list.
Come and join in!
Swan
Beauty in silence
Graces the dark sea of night
With a golden wake
Seeking passion’s purity
We embrace a path of flame

Sue, I wanted to thank you. An age ago you kindly gave me advice as to the old WP codes to get into the old dashboard. As presently the new system deprives me of follow back facilities regarding those kind souls who have followed me I ran the risk of unintentional bad manners. Without your advice I would have been stuck! My thanks again.

It is still all in there, Mike, though you have to rummage to find things these days. I still use the old system myself where I can, though it does seem to have lost some features.
