Use the image to create a post on your own blog… poetry, prose, humour… light or dark, whatever you choose, by noon (GMT)  Wednesday 20th October and link back to this post with a pingback. Please make sure that the pingback works and if not, copy and paste your link into the comments section of this post.

Sue Vincent was a Yorkshire born writer, esoteric teacher and a Director of The Silent Eye. She was immersed in the Mysteries all her life. Sue maintained a popular blog and is co-author of The Mystical Hexagram with Dr G.M.Vasey. Sue lived in Buckinghamshire, having been stranded there due to an accident with a blindfold, a pin and a map. She had a lasting love-affair with the landscape of Albion, the hidden country of the heart. Sue  passed into spirit at the end of March 2021.

  14. I had a strange experience with this photo. The first piece I wrote didn’t seem right. Not exactly wrong, but there was something missing. Then, just before I went to bed, I realised what it was, so I wrote the second version. I’ve posted both. It’s interesting to see how ideas evolve, but if you only want to read one, read the second 🙂

    Here’s mine. I did write it on Friday but I was in the middle of a longer short story and couldn’t post it to my blog till I’d finished that. I think everyone had the same ideas around this prompt and it was great to see everyone writing about it differently. I had fun reading them.
