Thursday photo prompt – Tree #writephoto

tree

I can think of far better titles for this photo than simply ‘tree’ but there are so many ideas springing to mind that I don’t want to be restrictive. This beautiful thing lives in the grounds of Waddesdon Manor, a fairytale palace if ever there was one.

We had some wonderfully imaginative stories for last week’s #writephoto prompt. If you missed them you can find them in the round-up here.

For this week’s photo prompt,  use the image to create a post on your own blog… poetry, prose, humour… by Wednesday 13th April and link back to this post with a pingback. Please make sure that the pingback works and if not, copy and paste your link into the comments section of this post.

Don’t forget to use the brand new and shiny #writephoto hashtag in your title:)

The first few posts will feature on the blog during the week and all posts will be included in a round up on Thursday 14th April.

Feel free to use the photo in your post if you wish.

Have fun!

  3. I must say I had to smile with this, because once again it’s a little uncanny as I was just outside in my yard (like before with the chimney mouse image) and my eye caught upon a maple tree with a vine starting to wrap around its branches. And, here you have presented us with as similar image today. See you soon! 🙂

  5. Sort of reminds me of a baobab and I’m not sure why. A tree of life, for sure. Many is the tale wove round that tree, embedded in the vines that have become part of the tree. Like the vines that surrounded Sleeping Beauty’s tower …
