A little bit of beauty :-)

Last night was a bad one and it reflected in my post on the effects of loss.  I could have written more, telling of the damage to the trust in life and laughter, of the acceptance that if it can happen, it can happen to you and yours. I could tell of the disbelief, the unreality of being inside a horror story on the national news. They always move us… for a moment… but then the moment fades and we move on. Not so those inside the story.

I could. But I won’t.

Today I shall just post some pictures that made me both smile and weep. Pictures that tell of light and joy and colour, and little hearts already learning to help others.

The wonderful children of North Drive Pre-School in Wantage held an art fair to raise funds for the campaign for my son. Just look and enjoy! Isn’t it beautiful?  :-)

Please continue to share and support the campaign to send my son sailing a tall ship and restore his confidence in himself. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who ‘likes’, ‘shares’, sends a message or comment, or donates to the campaign. You are truly amazing people. Thank you.
